The present invention relates to a nanowire based three dimensional hydroxyapatite structure sheathed by graphite shells and a synthesis method thereof and, more specifically, to a method capable of synthesizing composite structures of various shapes with sharply improved mechanical properties and biosuitability by forming crystalline graphite shells on the surface of nanowire based three dimensional hydroxyapatite through a simple process. The nanowire based three dimensional hydroxyapatite structure of the present invention is able to be applied as a scaffolder with excellent mechanical properties and biosuitability in a biomedical engineering field and is able to be applied to an energy material by being utilized as a catalyst structure capable of giving various functions.
