The present invention relates to a position-based financial service providing method, and a financial service management device and a customer terminal using the same, capable of informing a customer of a real time waiting state of a financial institution branch, placed around a position of the customer, by using a position-based service; and supporting a smart reservation service to allow the customer to randomly select a financial institution branch and reserve a bank clerk and time for desired business. The service management device includes: a branch management part collecting and managing position information of a financial institution branch, a bank clerk by business and waiting state information; a position-based financial institution branch searching part; an advance reservation register part; and a financial service management part.
