A scenario-based training environment constructing system for abnormal situation training is disclosed. The system comprises: an abnormal operation scenario production management module which edits an abnormal operation scenario in accordance with input signals, dynamically reorganizes a training system in accordance with the edited abnormal operation scenario and produces a training schedule; and an abnormal operation data management module which analyzes an abnormal operation alarm occurring in real time and periodically updates operation data by analyzing an abnormal operation alarm occurring in real time and monitoring in real time the abnormal operation alarm selected in accordance with the input signals among the abnormal operation alarms.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
