Disclosed is a method for measuring distribution of macrophage pattern inducible nitric oxide synthase in fatty liver of a mouse with high fat diet-induced obesity. The method for measuring distribution of macrophage pattern inducible nitric oxide synthase in fatty liver of the mouse with high fat diet-induced obesity comprises the steps of: preparing a three-week-old C57BL/6 mouse; feeding two types of high fat feeds (D-60 group: 60% calorie, D-45 group: 45% calorie) to the mouse for 15 weeks in a specific pathogen blocking facility; collecting liver tissue of the fed mouse; and measuring an amount of macrophage pattern inducible nitric oxide synthase from the collected liver tissue by applying an immunohistochemical dyeing method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
