The present invention relates to a preprocessing kit for pesticide residue detection based on a micro-fluidics chip and a pesticide residue detection method using same. In the preprocessing kit, multiple two-stage micro flow paths that are connected via an inclined path are formed in the micro-fluidics chip and the micro flow path is filled with a filtering material for extraction and purification of a pesticide element. A triturated sample that is disposed in an organic solvent is allowed to flow through the micro flow path of the preprocessing kit and pass through the filtering material so that the pesticide residue element in the sample can be effectively extracted and purified. Accordingly, the pesticide residue element extraction and purification process can be simplified during the analysis of the pesticide residue element in the sample.
