Disclosed are a method for modeling muscle stiffness and a device using the method, capable of deriving mathematical modeling for the muscle stiffness to predict the stiffness and the power of the muscle by using biomechanical simulation. The present invention is provided to derive a parallel component for the muscle stiffness according to a predetermined load; derive a contraction component for the muscle stiffness according to a change of the predetermined load by using a biomechanical sensor; and derive total stiffness of the muscle for the parallel component and the contraction component of the derived muscle stiffness, thereby obtaining information for the contraction speed or the length of the muscle in real time, by using the mathematical modeling of the muscle stiffness in which the contraction component is applied.
