The present invention relates to a method for controlling cell behavior, comprising a step of using an enzymatic biofuel cell to apply electrical stimulation to cells; to a composition for inducing stem cell differentiation and a composition for promoting cell migration or proliferation; to a cell culturing container capable of culturing cells by comprising an enzymatic biofuel cell to apply electrical stimulation to cells; to a pharmaceutical composition containing an enzymatic biofuel cell for healing wounds, preventing or treating diseases caused by abnormal muscle control, bone diseases, and nerve disorders; and to muscle cells, bone cells, neuronal cells, and myocardial cells, which are differentiated by using the composition for inducing stem cell differentiation or the cell culturing container. According to the present invention, the method for controlling cell behavior by using an enzymatic biofuel cell to apply electrical stimulation to cells can increase applicability of a pharmaceutical composition in that biocompatibility can be increased by using an enzyme as an electrical stimulation source; a desired dosage form can be formulated; currents of various ranges can be generated by adjusting the concentration of the enzyme introduced in each electrode; and electrical stimulation can be generated without including both electrodes. Furthermore, when different levels of the electrical stimulation are applied at the level at which apoptosis is not induced, stem cells can be differentiated into different tissues, thereby allowing the stem cells to be variously formulated and useful for tissue regeneration.
