The invention relates to medicine and the pharmaceutical industry and concerns a dry powder drug containing two high-potency pharmaceutical substances, budesonide and formoterol fumarate dihydrate, in micronized form, which enables penetration into the bronchi and alveoli of the lungs, and specially prepared excipients, namely a mixture of lactose and sodium benzoate, which enable the effective dosing and disaggregation of the active ingredients.
