摘要

A compound preparation for treating cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy and a preparation method therefor, the active ingredients thereof consisting of total saponins of radix astragali, total terpenes of ligusticum wallichii, artificial musk, borneol and sinomenine. The dosage form of the present compound preparation comprises granules, pills, capsules and tablets. Also provided are uses for the present compound preparation. The present preparation reduces the amount of intervertebral disc inflammatory factors, reduces the amount of nerve root extracellular growth factors, corrects abnormalities in blood rheology, and improves motor function and gait. It has been shown that the present compound preparation combats inflammation and reduces swelling, inhibits cervical local inflammatory and immune responses, and promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis. It is effective at benefiting qi and removing blood stasis, and reducing inflammation and relieving pain. The compound preparation has significant curative effects, is safe and non-toxic, is easy to take, and has positive social and economic benefits for the treatment of cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy.
