The invention relates to a method for producing a bacterium Erwinia amylovora on the bactericidal plant protection agent based on an aluminum potassium sulfate-containing aqueous solution. The potassium aluminum sulfate-containing aqueous solution is electrolytically treated in a single-chamber electrolysis cell which contains at least as an electrode a diamond electrode, wherein the electrolyzed solution is used as a pesticide.
