The invention relates to an emulsified- or micro-encapsulated-type fungicidal formulation containing extracts of grape marc or pomace and corresponding to a system comprising two phases: an oil phase consisting of concentrated extract of grape marc polyphenols, and an aqueous phase consisting of one or more encapsulating agents selected from the group containing gum arabic, ester gum, propyl cellulose, butyl cellulose, Capsul, Purity Gum 2000, Purity Gum Ultra or Purity Gum BE.
