The autoantigenos mimetic peptides and their use in imunodiagnu00f3stico of juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is characterized by persistent arthritis of unknown cause that begins before the age of 16.At present, the diagnosis of Jia is based on clinical history and in the detection of rheumatoid factor, which has low specificity, sensitivity and its prognostic value is controversial.Due to the need of new diagnostic methods, the present invention has developed, from the lineage of mouse dba1 / J (a murine model of human rheumatoid arthritis), peptides that mimic autoantigenos present in AIJ.These peptides were selected from libraries displaying random peptides on the surface of the phage, which they called the antibodies purified from serum of mice with arthritis.The fourteen peptides obtained during selection were able to discriminate patients with Jia of healthy children and can be used potentially for the construction of new platforms for the early detection of AIJ.
