PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of linking the use of electronic money and a reginal point awarding system having a condition different for each region.;SOLUTION: A reginal point awarding system comprises a regional system server connected to a versatile settlement system server. The regional system server includes a condition table for setting conditions of awarding rates of region specific points corresponding to electronic currency information in a versatile currency information storage area subtracted at least by a settlement when a storage medium accesses a settlement terminal in the settlement. Accordingly, the system can flexibly set the point awarding rates and the like for each region, thereby achieving a link between the use of electronic money and the regional point awarding system having a condition different for each region.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
