PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous fermentation weight control device, a continuous fermentation system and a method thereof, and a program stably keeping an amount of a culture solution in a fermentation tank while sufficiently exerting membrane performance conforming to a hollow fiber membrane.;SOLUTION: The continuous fermentation weight control device includes: a first pump for supplying a fermentation raw material to a culture solution to which a regulator is supplied so as to obtain a predetermined culture condition; a second pump for filtering filtrate from the culture solution through the hollow fiber membrane; a third pump supplying the culture solution to the hollow fiber membrane and recirculating an unfiltered liquid to the culture solution; a weighting weighing scale for measuring each weight; a storage part for storing each density; and a control part for controlling an output of the second pump so that the filtrate is filtered by a setting flux set, calculating a reduction amount of the culture solution based on each density from the weight change of the culture solution and the regulator measured by the weighing scale, and controlling an output of the first pump while monitoring the weight change of the fermentation raw material by the weighing scale so as to supply the fermentation raw material equivalent to the reduction amount of the culture solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
