PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition for a honeycomb sandwich panel, having a high toughness, excellent in the miscibility of solid rubber with the epoxy resin, having an appropriate viscosity, excellent in workability and hardly gelling. PSOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition for a honeycomb sandwich panel is provided by including at least 1 kind of the epoxy resin A, a rubber master batch, a filler and a curing agent, and the rubber master batch at least contains the solid rubber having a functional group capable of reacting with the epoxy resin A, and liquid state rubber.
