PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable displaying of an objective evaluation index which leads to a decision on resource allocation to a plurality of plants.SOLUTION: A resource allocation evaluation index presentation method derives an evaluation index of each of allocations of charge xto xfor respective plants and displays it. The method derives, as an evaluation index, an evaluation index containing: a Pareto efficiency indicative of whether or not an allocation request at an own plant cannot be increased without lowing a throughput of another plant; a dictatorship property indicative of whether or not there is a plant to which all requested charges are allocated; and a fairness indicative of the number of values of allocations xto the own plant which more arise preference (envy) to a value of an allocation xto another plant among allocations xto the own plant.
