PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer-readable storage medium with a recorded lease transaction program for financial products and the like, and a lease transaction system for financial products and the like and a lease transaction method for financial products and the like such that the commission that a customer pays to an intermediary can be saved and individual products can be improved in flowability by introducing a new type of transaction which substantially achieves creation and dissolution of the positions of customers such as an asset operator, a financer, and a fund dealer by constructing a lease transaction market for financial products and/or quasi-financial products through one or more computer networks and matching a credit demand and a debt demand of the customers with each other.;SOLUTION: There are provided the computer-readable storage medium with the recorded lease transaction program for financial products and the like, and the lease transaction system for financial products and the like and the lease transaction method for financial products and the like.
