PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer-readable storage medium on which financial products lease transaction program is recorded, a financial products lease transaction system, and a financial products lease transaction method, which enable saving for a customer in transaction fee to be paid to a broker and the like and substantial improvement in the liquidity of an individual product by initiating a lease transaction market for a financial product and/or a quasi-financial product via one or more computer networks, and matching between a let-lease demand and a leasing demand of customers such as an asset manager, a financial borrower, and a financial transaction broker, introducing a new category of transaction materially allowing buildup of a position and resolution thereof.;SOLUTION: Present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium on which financial products lease transaction program is recorded, a financial products lease transaction system, and a financial products lease transaction method.
