METHOD FOR BUILDING MODEL FOR ESTIMATING LEVEL OF SKILL OF USER FOR OPERATING ELECTRONIC DEVICES, METHOD FOR ESTIMATING LEVEL OF SKILL OF USER, METHOD FOR SUPPORTING THE USER ACCORDING TO THE LEVEL OF SKILL OF THE USER, AND COMPUTERS AND COMPUTER PROGRAMS THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model for estimating the level of skill of a user in order to provide the most suited feedback in accordance with the level of skill of the user rather than simply restricting the functions of electronic devices, such as smart phones and mobile phones, equipped with multitouch-operable surfaces.;SOLUTION: A technique of building a model for estimating the level of skill of a user, comprises: reading the operation logs of plural users related to specific operational topics user by user; calculating a feature vector for each user from the read operation log data of each of the plural users; and building a model for sorting the data of touch operation skill by the degree of the skill, i.e., high degree of touch operation skill and low degree of touch operation skill, on the basis of the calculated vectors.
