PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the irradiation intensity of a microbeam such as a proton beam while irradiating the microbeam.;SOLUTION: In one embodiment, the energy transfer nozzle 100 includes: a side wall 106 constituting a passage 102 inside; and a distal end wall 108 disposed in or in the vicinity of one end 104T of the passage 102 in such a way as to close the passage 102 and including a scintillator which emits scintillation light according to the permeation of charged particles.
