PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create a knowhow system by even a non-expert in an operation.;SOLUTION: A knowledge system creation device has: a first storage unit; a second storage unit; a first extraction unit; a second extraction unit; and a systematization unit. The first extraction unit extracts information regarding operation including at least one of work name or a category name stored to the first storage unit from access history for files related to respective operations and information regarding the operation stored to the second storage unit. The second extraction unit extracts words by acquiring information regarding the operation including the category name among the information regarding the extracted operation. The systematization unit: specifies a word with a feature amount indicating a relationship with the category name exceeding a first threshold among the words; arranges the specified word in a lower hierarchy than the category name arranged in a top level of the hierarchic structure; and generating the knowledge system with the information regarding the operation acquired by the second extraction unit to a lower hierarchy than the specified word.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
