PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a steam turbine plant including a plurality of steam turbines.;SOLUTION: A boiler 20 includes: one or more evaporators 22, 26 for heating inflow water to a constant pressure specific heat maximum temperature or more at which a constant pressure specific heat becomes maximum, by heating fluid to vaporize the water; and one or more reheaters 31 for heating the steam from the boiler 20 by the heating fluid. The steam turbine has a high-pressure steam turbine 41 for supplying the steam from the high-pressure evaporator 26 in which a pressure of the inflow water is highest, and a low-pressure steam turbine 43 to which the steam heated by one or more reheaters 31 is supplied. All of the reheaters 31 for supplying the steam to the low-pressure steam turbine 43 are disposed only at a downstream side of the high-pressure evaporator 26. All of the reheaters 31 include the steam passing through the high-pressure steam turbine 41, and heat the steam FRHS for reheating having a temperature lower than the constant pressure specific heat maximum temperature in the high-pressure evaporator 26 to less than the constant pressure specific heat maximum temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
