The device (D) has a learning unit (MA) arranged to learn a position of touch point of simple clutch (EM) during a regulation phase of idle of heat engine (MT). A control unit (MC) is arranged to determine if addition position of the touch point is learned according to a selected criterion relative to a history of use of the clutch when the clutch does not provide a torque and the engine stressed by a function of a vehicle (V). The control unit orders the learning unit to learn the additional position during stressing of engine in case of affirmative of the determination. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a logic controller for controlling operation of a robotized gear box and a simple clutch of vehicle (2) a vehicle (3) a method for controlling a touch point of a simple clutch of a vehicle.
