The object of the present invention relates to a process for the treatment of at least a multichannel signal (x) decomposed, on a plurality of time windows - frequency (p), in a plurality of signals multi-channel (x j), the multichannel signal (x) resulting from a linear combination of at least a main signal (sp) resulting from the measurement of data from a source of the main data (s) and at least one secondary signal (ss) coming from the measurement of data from a source of the secondary data (b) corresponding to at least an artefact, said process comprising at least a learning step (s0) comprising a multicomponent comparative analysis (amc), consisting in particular in comparison with an index, representative of the power, said signal (x) on two distinct time windows - frequency (p and p) so as to separate the components (w) of the main signal (sp) of the components of at least a portion of the secondary signal (ss).
