Method for injecting sample into analyzing branch of liquid-chromatography system, particularly high performing liquid- chromatography system, involves supplying solvent from solvent branch into analyzing branch as volume flow
The method involves supplying a solvent (25) or a solvent mixture from a solvent branch (19) into the analyzing branch (17) as volume flow, where a sample is injected from a sample branch (18) into the analyzing branch as volume flow within a predetermined time interval. The volume flow is reduced to an extent during the predetermined time interval. The volume flow resulting from the sum of the volume flows in the analyzing branch stay constant. An independent claim is included for a sample injector for a liquid-chromatography system, particularly high performing liquid-chromatography system, for executing the method.
