The cam-closer has a cam (1) mounted between followers (3), where each follower is mounted in a piston (4,5). One of the followers has a spherical upper surface with point contact with the cam in a partial manner. The followers are made from a spherical part which contacts the cam, and a cylindrical part which contacts the piston. An oil passage is arranged in the piston and runs parallel to the cylindrical part of the followers. The followers are made from a ball that is pressed in the piston.
