If observing the conduction abnormality of fibular and tibial nerves and/or L5-S1 spinal roots, femur medialisation and extremity elongation are required. Observing no conduction abnormality of fibular and tibial nerves and/or L5-S1 spinal roots and contractility reduction of the gluteus medius muscle more than by 60% as compared to an age norm requires femur medialisation and extremity elongation. Observing no conduction abnormality of fibular and tibial nerves and/or L5-S1 spinal roots and contractility reduction of the gluteus medius muscle more than by 60% and less as compared to an age norm requires femur lateralisation.;EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of the postoperative complications ensured by considering the CNS condition additionally.;1 dwg, 3 ex
