The present invention relates to an upper limb hemiplegia rehabilitation system using a mobile game and, more specifically, to a system comprising a mobile device (100) on which an application program for playing the mobile game is installed; and a predetermined terminal (200) which receives information on a rehabilitation exercise by the mobile game from the mobile device (100), wherein the mobile device (100) is configured to include a sensor unit (125) to collect information about the movement of the mobile device (100); a control unit (130) to generate a control signal for game contents of the mobile game; a game module (135) to play the game by applying the control signal generated by the control unit (130) to the game to be played in a real time; a movement information generation unit (140) to generate information about the upper limb rehabilitation exercise of hemiplegia patients; and a transmission unit (145) to transmit the information about the rehabilitation exercise to the predetermined terminal (200).
