The present invention relates to a real-time consultation service system to prevent school violence by checking if consultation of a consulter is the first time or not, checking who the previous consultant was if the consultation is not the first time, and assigning the previous consultant for re-consultation; and a method for the same. The present invention includes a consultant terminal registration step in which a service providing server receives consultant data including the personal information of a consultant from a consultant terminal, generates a consultant code corresponding to the consultant data, and stores and registers the generated consultant code into a consultant storage unit; a consultation request message transmission step in which a consulter terminal transmits a consultation request message to the service providing server; a consultation request message delivery step in which the service providing server stores the consultation request message transmitted from the consulter terminal and transmits the consultation request message to the consultant terminal; a consultation message transmission step in which the consultant terminal writes a consultation message in response to the consultation request message and transmits the written consultation message to the service providing server; and a consultation message delivery step in which the service providing server stores the consultation message transmitted from the consultant terminal and transmits the consultation message to the consulter terminal. By assigning the previous consultant for re-consultation to the consulter, the present invention is able to provide psychological stability for the consulter.
