The present invention relates to a dynamometer for measuring the thrust and torque of a propeller and a propeller boss cap fin. Dynamometers of the related art can only measure the total thrust and total torque of a propeller and a propeller boss cap fin, and cannot measure the thrust and torque of only the propeller boss cap fin disposed in the propeller. However, the present invention is configured to be capable of measuring the thrust and torque of only the propeller boss cap fin as well as measuring the thrust and torque of the propeller, and thus the accuracy of a model experiment with respect to a model ship can be increased, the result can be reflected to a ship propeller design, and the ship propeller design can be performed with great accuracy and ease.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
