The present invention provides a method for producing Dioscorea opposita bulbils comprising: (a) a step for planting Dioscorea opposita and cultivating it by inductive cultivation; (b) a step for training the stem of the Dioscorea opposita cultivated by the inductive cultivation at the step (a) to be crept, then cultivating it by creeping cultivation. The method included in the present invention enables environmentally friendly production of the bulbils without using plant hormones or chemical products, thereby providing an advantage of being very stable to the plant. Also, the method in the present invention provides advantages in greatly increasing the formation of the bulbils and forming very big bulbils.
