The present invention relates to a multipurpose screen printer electrode and a using method thereof and, more particularly, to a three-electrode system (a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode) which includes an electron carrier and a carbon nanotube electrode with biomaterial affinity. A biosensor which is manufactured by using the multipurpose screen printer electrode of the present invention has high sensing efficiency, reproduction and storage stability without environmental influence like a temperature and humidity. Also, the biomaterial is stably fixed by introducing the electron carrier in the carbon nanotube with a wide surface area and high conductivity and an electron which is generated by the reaction of enzymes that are the biomaterials is amplified and transmitted to a sensor. Industrial applicability is highly improved by easily connecting a pattern with a USB shape to various electrochemical devices.
