PURPOSE: A porous biodegradable synthetic polymer/sol-gel derived silica membrane is provided to uniformly distribute nanosized bioactive silica in a biodegradable synthetic polymer base and maintain the mesoporous property of the bioactive silica, thereby having excellent mechanical property and biological property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous biodegradable synthetic polymer/sol-gel derived silica membrane comprises: a step of manufacturing a biodegradable synthesis polymer solution by melting biodegradable synthetic polymers in a mixed solution of a nonsolvent and a solvent; a step of manufacturing a composite solution by adding drug after the biodegradable synthesis polymer solution and bioactive silica sol are mixed; and a step of removing the solvent in the composite solution.
