The present invention provides a method for comparative quantitative mass spectrometric analysis of a N-linked glycan hydrolyzed and transglycosylated by adding an enzyme, endo--N-acetylglucosaminidases (Endo-M), to a glycoprotein. The N-linked glycan having a new mass value of 1390.18 m/z can be used as an internal standard for comparative quantitative analysis of glycans. Therefore, the present invention is applicable for comparative quantification and structural analysis of an isotope-labeled N-linked glycan by the method of the present invention.
