The present invention relates to a composition (HCMP) which displays an optimal effect of relieving hangovers, improving a liver function, and protecting a liver and which is produced by screening various food materials, which are helpful to the improvement of the liver function, and mixing the materials (components) at an optimal rate and more specifically, to a composition which has effects of relieving hangovers, improving a liver function, and protecting a liver by mixing various materials including schizandra fruit extracts as a main component, which are good for improving the liver function, and the verification of the effects of the composition (HCMP). Furthermore, the composition is produced by mixing schizandra fruits, which is known as a traditional material, amino acids which are constituents of human bodies, water-soluble vitamins for metabolism, and sub materials proper to food standards of the Korean Food Standards Codex at an optimal rate; and has an excellent effect of relieving hangovers against harmful substances such as alcohol absorbed in a human body and acete aldehyde generated in an alcohol decomposition process without side effects. If food raw materials containing these components as valid composition are utilized for various products such food or beverages for relieving hangovers, the components can be helpful to protect a liver weakened by various kinds of stresses and liquor and improve the liver function.
