The present invention relates to a breast phantom for microwave imaging, a method for testing the reliability of an apparatus for diagnosing breast cancer using the same and an apparatus for diagnosing breast cancer comprising the same. A mock breast tissue phantom and a mock cancer tissue phantom are provided. The mock breast tissue phantom is separated from a mock cancer tissue phantom. The mock breast tissue phantom and the mock cancer tissue phantom are formed by using a solvent or by mixing water and the solvent. A relational expression between the specific gravity of the solvent (b) and the specific gravity of the water (a) is (b-a)/a x 100. This value is -10 to +10 (except for zero).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
