PURPOSE: A polyethyleneoxide based block copolymer is provided to have pH responsibility, and to be used as a polymeric material for delivering drugs. CONSTITUTION: A polyethyleneoxide based block copolymer is denoted by chemical formula 1 or 2. In the chemical formula 1 and 2: R is an n- butyl group, a sec-butyl group, a tert-butyl group, or a tert butoxy group; R1 is hydrogen or a methyl group; m is a fixed number selected from 5-50; and n is a fixed number selected from 10-500. One or more compound selected from a group consisting of folic acid and doxorubicin is bonded to a hydrazide group of the polyethyleneoxide based block copolymer. An iron oxide nanoparticle is stabilized by the polyethyleneoxide based block copolymer.
