A local text interaction system and a text management method therefor, comprising a terminal and a network disk. The network disk provides an interface for user login, helps a user browse a file, and judges whether the user needs to perform local interaction; the terminal judges whether the terminal has the file when the user needs to perform local interaction, and judges whether the version of the file is the latest version when the terminal has the file; calls corresponding software to open the file when the version of the file is the latest version, monitors a modification of the file, judges whether the modified file needs to be stored, stores the modified file to the terminal when the modified file needs to be stored, and uploads the modified file to the network disk; and the network disk updates the file and its version number. The present invention effectively reduces the risk of a file, ensures the security of the file, and improves office efficiency.
