An automated system for monitoring amount and quality of coal consists of a system of analysis of coal quality on a conveyer and a data processing system, which is connected by a multi-channel communication link with users of information of internal information user’s network. The system of analysis of the coal quality on the conveyor system consists of a loading system of coal and a coal ash analysis system. The data processing system comprises a control system and a process server, the system of coal loading comprises hoppers with coal, a conveyor with a loader, cars, regular bridge balance and driveways. The system of analysis of coal ash content comprises an ash content analyzer, a control unit of analyzer and power and data cables. The analyzer of ash content comprises a detector, an electronic unit and a container with a source/sources of ionizing gamma radiation, the control system consists of a computer, a touch LCD-display, a keyboard, information recording and display equipment and an uninterruptible power supply with power cables. The loader of the conveyer is positioned above the car, which is on the regular bridge balance. It further comprises a control system of hoppers when loading cars, a conveyor control system, a reading system of numbers and weight of cars, carriages feedback system, video surveillance system, the system of formation of the initial information and WEB-interface. The system analysis of the quality of coal on the conveyor further introduced a system of analysis of coal moisture, while in the performance management system of bunkers while loading wagons includes position sensors valves hopper level sensor in the coal bunker, controllers, switches, electric gate hopper. The structure of the control system includes a conveyor encoders boot device and the system changes the situation boot device in the system of reading rooms and the weight of cars includes video cameras, projectors, switches, sensors and signal converter twilight. The system determining the position of cars includes the main and back-up laser or ultrasonic sensors, the system will read numbers of cars and specialized controllers.
