PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit/receive a large volume of data by using an SIP while maintaining processing performance of call processing by the SIP.;SOLUTION: An SIP client 3 includes: transmission means for transmitting a data request to an SIP server 5; reception means for receiving division data from the SIP server 5; storage means for storing each of the received division data; and reconstitution means for reconstituting original data from the division data. The SIP server 5 includes: reception means for receiving the data request from the SIP client 3; division means for dividing the data by each prescribed size when the requested data exceed the prescribed size and generating the multiple division data; discrimination means for discriminating whether the respective division data are the final division data or not; and transmission means for adding server side temporary keys to the division data when the data are not the final division data, and transmitting the respective division data to the SIP client 3 without adding the server side temporary keys to the division data when the data are the final division data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
