PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of determining a suitable investment period and an investment amount by calculating imprest funds for investment and evaluating effect to the investment.;SOLUTION: A computer 100 performs the processes of: specifying a collection period of credit receivable associated with a product, specifying a payment period of debts payable accompanying production of the product, and calculating a cashflow by subtracting a payment amount of debts payable from the collection amount of credit receivable in the respective periods; comparing transition in the case that the calculated cashflow is not used for the investment with an investment amount that a user defines through an input part 110, specifying a period in which the amount of the cashflow exceeds the investment amount as an investable period, calculating imprest funds and the effect to the investment in the case that the imprest funds are invested for an object of investment that the user specifies for the investable period, and specifying an investment period in which the effect to the investment becomes maximum and an investment amount for the period; and displaying the transition of the cashflow and respective pieces of information on the effect to the investment at a display part 150.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
