PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable bankbook entry system in which a person in charge of public relations reflects payment processing performed by a depositor to a ledger in real time outside a banking institution so as to prevent illegal action performed by the person in charge of public relations or the depositor.;SOLUTION: A finance application server, according to the present invention is connected to an account ledger server managing an account of a depositor, and requests payment processing performed by a bankbook entry device of a person in charge of public relations as payment processing to an account of a depositor, and includes a communication control unit which executes a communication with a bankbook entry device. The communication control unit records, when a communication with a bankbook entry device is abnormally disconnected, a time when the disconnection occurred and abnormal disconnection information indicative of the abnormal disconnection in a log storage unit; confirms, when the communication is connected again, presence or absence of abnormal disconnection information corresponding to the bankbook entry device at the log storage unit; refers, at the log storage unit, to processing which terminated normally before a time when the abnormal disconnection information is written in; and transmits, when it is detected that the payment processing is terminated, information indicative of termination of payment processing to the bankbook entry device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
