To create a high quality image of the cardiac phase desired, to provide a cardiac cone-beam CT image reconstruction method by using cardiac flat panel detector current, reconstructing the data acquired as a truncated projection data. In order to reconstruct an image from a priori all the truncation data acquired without gating to heart (cardiac gating), the present invention utilizes an iterative process. In addition, reconstruction methods utilizing priori image priori limited image reconstruction method is used to reconstruct the image of the cardiac phases, respectively. The objective function of the a priori limited image reconstruction method, are changed to incorporate the states used in the creation of a priori image, data truncation problems are adequately addressed.
