PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with information regarding appropriate environmental considering actions useful for personal practice in consideration of user's consciousness or knowledge of environmental loads.;SOLUTION: An environmental considering action proposal system comprises: storage means 15 for storing personal attribute information of a user; index value calculation means 16 for calculating an index value concerning user's consciousness or knowledge of environmental loads by assigning a numerical value corresponding the attribute information to a mathematical expression stored in advance; an action database 18 for storing various action contents of environmental considering actions; and action content extraction means 20 for extracting action contents suitable for the user from respective action contents stored in the action database 18 based on the index value calculated by the index value calculation means 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
