PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial transaction management device capable of securing safety of commercial transaction by a third party to maintain and manage information on transaction documents such as estimate sheets presented in the commercial transaction; a commercial transaction system using the commercial transaction management device, and a program.;SOLUTION: The commercial transaction management device includes a transaction number providing means, a transaction information comparison means and a transaction information storage means. The transaction number providing means provides a transaction number provided when transaction information containing a transaction target and its transaction quantity is transmitted to a customer side terminal in response to a request from a supplier side terminal, and it transmits the transaction number to the supplier side terminal. The transaction information comparison means compares the identity of the transaction information containing the transaction target and its transaction quantity transmitted from the supplier side terminal and the transaction information containing the transaction target and its transaction quantity transmitted from the customer side terminal. The transaction information storage means stores both transaction information if both are identical in the comparison result by the transaction information comparison means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
