PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in digitization of a stamp face image, a regularly used seal cannot be used as is, and an increase in size of a device occurs.;SOLUTION: A stamp face digitization device is configured by attaching a light source or a light diffusion plate to a long side face of a right-angle prism, attaching a closely-adhesive transparent elastic body sheet to an inclined side face, attaching an electronic camera to a position corresponding to a short side face, and connecting output of the electronic camera to a video signal processing device.
