PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film made up of two layers of a transparent conductive film and a conductive reflecting film, having high reflection rate for the rear surface and high conductivity, and superior bondability with a base material, and to provide a method for manufacturing the composite film made of two layers of a transparent conductive film and a conductive reflecting film at lower cost, by using wet-coating method, while eliminating vacuum processes, such as, vacuum deposition method and sputtering method, as much as possible.;SOLUTION: In the composite film 11 is made up of two layers of a transparent conductive film 11b, formed on a photoelectric conversion layer 12 of a super-straight thin-film solar cell and a conductive reflection film 11a formed on the transparent conductive film 11b, the transparent conductive film is formed, by applying a transparent conductive film composition using wet-coating method and baking the composition and the conductive reflection film is formed and by applying a conductive reflecting film composition by using wet-coating method and baking the composition, wherein the conductive reflection film composition contains an organic silver solution of ≥3C, and the reflection film is made of a baked product of organic silver.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
