PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for light resistant anion type glossy electrodeposition paint for a stainless material excellent in light resistance with suitable adhesive property to the stainless material, and to provide a glossy coating film obtained by electropainting the same.SOLUTION: An electrodeposition painting is conducted with an anion type glossy electrodeposition resin solution manufactured from a resin composition for an anion type glossy electrodeposition containing: a water soluble or water dispersible vinyl-based copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a copolymerizable vinyl-based monomer having a carboxyl group as a substituent (a), a copolymerizable vinyl-based monomer having a hydroxyl group as a substituent (b), and a copolymerizable vinyl-based monomer other than (a) nor (b) (c); an amino resin as a crosslinking agent; alkoxyamine such as an aminoetherified product of hindered amine as a photostabilizer; and further alkoxysilane having a specific substituent.
