PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restraining type vegetation sheet which can prevent the outflow of seeds, fertilizer or sand due to rainwater or the like, and an embankment structure using the same.;SOLUTION: A restraining type vegetation sheet 100 includes a vegetation mat 10 installed on a slope face, and a restraining net 20 attached to the vegetation mat 10.
