PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising method of plant using alkaline electrolyzed water containing nanobubbles promoting the growth of plant, and a production device of the alkaline electrolyzed water containing nanobubbles.SOLUTION: In an electrolyzed water production device 1, alkaline electrolyzed water is filled in an alkaline electrolyzed water main tank 6 and an alkaline electrolyzed water sub-tank 24, and acidic electrolytic water is filled in an acidic electrolyzed water main tank 10 and an acidic electrolyzed water sub-tank 30. A nanobubble production device 13 is connected to the alkaline electrolyzed water main tank 6. The alkaline electrolyzed water is circulated between the nanobubble production device 13 and the alkaline electrolyzed water main tank 6, and alkaline electrolyzed water containing nanobubbles is stored in the alkaline electrolyzed water main tank 6. An alkaline electrolyzed water main exhaust valve 22A is opened, and the alkaline electrolyzed water containing nanobubbles is taken out and given to plant.
